Policies

PAYMENT POLICY: Please be advised that payment in full is due at the end of treatment. For your convenience, payment may be made via E-Transfer, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and UnionPay brands

CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand that you may need to cancel an appointment. Should you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, you must notify me via email at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to notify your cancellation within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. This fee will be applied at the discretion of the therapist.

FAILURE TO ATTEND: Failure to show up for your allotted appointment time will result in a full treatment charge. The fee will be waived for the first incident. Additional occurrences will result in a full treatment charge, applied at the discretion of the therapist.

PRIVACY POLICY: In order to provide a safe treatment, Kris must collect some personal health information. Please note that your health information is completely confidential unless required by law or with your written consent to be released.

SICKNESS POLICY: You agree that yourself and members of your household have not tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days or been told to isolate for any reason. You agree that If you are showing signs of COVID-19 or any other infection illness you will notify Kris within 24 hours of the appointment and reschedule the booked session until you are non-contagious to avoid a cancellation fee.

As a professional Massage Therapist and Health Care Provider, it is my priority to ensure all clients (myself included) feel safe and comfortable during treatment. Any inappropriate comments or behavior that could be deemed sexual in nature will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the treatment and any ongoing sessions.
